We may disclose your non-personal information with third parties at our discretion.
There may be times when we need to share, or otherwise disclose, your personal information with third-party service providers. The reasons we may need to share this information with those providers relate to the services they provide to us or that we may provide to them, which may include:
• Authorisation of payment transactions, order fulfillment, service promotions;

In addition, we may share your personal information with your family members or other individuals to whom you designate your personal information may be shared with within the websites, for example, beneficiaries of your insurance policies, spouses, family members, lawyers, accountants and other persons. The list of persons who may view your account and information may be updated by you through the websites at any time. You acknowledge that your account and personal information may be shared with such persons posthumously in connection with the viewing of relevant policies, benefits, and other information or data contained in your account.

We may also disclose your information to protect the interests or safety of its visitors and customers, employees, or others, which includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. We work with third-party partners who help us and improve our Products. We don't sell any of your information to anyone, and we never will. We also impose strict restrictions on how our partners can use and disclose the data we provide. Here are the types of third parties we share information with:
A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that is sent by a web server to a web browser and is stored by the browser. The identifier is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. Cookies may be either "persistent" cookies or "session" cookies: a persistent cookie will be stored by a web browser and will remain valid until its set expiry date, unless deleted by the user before the expiry date; a session cookie, on the other hand, will expire at the end of the user session, when the web browser is closed. Cookies do not typically contain any information that personally identifies a user, but personal information that we store about you may be linked to the information stored in and obtained from cookies.
Most browsers allow you to refuse to accept cookies and to delete cookies. The methods for doing so vary from browser to browser, and from version to version. Please note that blocking cookies may have a negative impact on the functions of many websites, including our website. Some features of our website may cease to be available to you.
By using our website, you consent to the use of such cookies and the sharing of data captured by such cookies with Google, and our other third-party partners. You can view, delete, or add interest categories associated with your browser by visiting: https://adssettings.google.com
How can I manage or delete information about me?
We provide you with the ability to access, rectify and erase your data.
We store data until it is no longer necessary to provide our services and Products, or until your account is deleted - whichever comes first. This is a case-by-case determination that depends on things like the nature of the data, why it is collected and processed, and relevant legal or operational retention needs.
When you delete your account, we delete things you have provided, and you won't be able to recover that information later.
How we respond to legal requests or prevent harm?
We access, preserve and share your information with regulators, law enforcement or others:
In response to a legal request (like a search warrant, court order or subpoena) if we have a good faith belief that the law requires us to do so. This may include responding to legal requests from jurisdictions outside Australia when we have a good-faith belief that the response is required by law in that jurisdiction, affects users in that jurisdiction, and is consistent with internationally recognised standards.
When we have a good-faith belief it is necessary to: detect, prevent and address fraud, unauthorised use of the Products, violations of our terms or policies, or other harmful or illegal activity; to protect ourselves (including our rights, property or Products), you or others, including as part of investigations or regulatory inquiries; or to prevent death or imminent bodily harm.
Information we receive about you (including financial transaction data related to purchases made on our Products) can be accessed and preserved for an extended period when it is the subject of a legal request or obligation, governmental investigation, or investigations of possible violations of our terms or policies, or otherwise to prevent harm. We also retain information from accounts disabled for terms violations for at least a year to prevent repeat abuse or other term violations.
How we notify you of changes to this policy?
If we are acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owner so that Products may be continued to be sold to you.
